Half a year ago I started on my second attempt at commanding Internet spaceships in New Eden. What seemed like an unreachable goal then turned reality early this year. My character just breached 10.000.000 skill points and has the still unbelievable account balance of 1.500.000.000 ISK. Here’s the current EVEMon skill chart:

Guess it’s a common Amarr mission runners profile. The current training plan for 2010 includes:
Adding the needed training time for handling the equipment that goes with the Revelation dreadnought, the above adds to about 300d worth of training (including pushing some learning skills to IV/V). Accounting for the fact that there’s always some other skill in immediate demand in between, I’m pretty much set for 2010.

Anne und ich waren dieses Jahr bei der Bouldernacht in Ottobeuren mit am Start. Von 20 bis 2Uhr gab es beste Boulder, klasse Verpflegung und super Stimmung, nur am DJ müssen sie noch arbeiten 😉 Anbei ein paar Eindrücke.

Finally I got around writing a little sniplet to fetch some EXIF Statistics. By using the
Image::ExifTool
Perl library this script is little more than a histogram generating filter. For those of you looking for something similar here are the most important code lines.

Dieses Jahr haben sich unsere Chilis besonders gut gefühlt. Um die große Ernte Umwelt und Budget schonend verarbeiten zu können, haben wir uns einen Dörrautomaten gegönnt. Doch bevor die erste Chili ihren Platz in der mollig-luftigen Wärme einnehmen konnte, kam der Karnivore in mir durch. Luftgetrocknetes Rindfleisch ist eine Delikatesse, welche ich in Amerika und Australien lieben gelernt habe.

Das so genannte Beef Jerky wird zuerst stark mariniert. Rezepte für die Marinade gibt es einige im Netz. Daran orientierend haben wir unser eigenes erstellt:

Last weekend we had Greer & Chris at our place. They are road tripping from London to Italy and Ulm was the perfect stop over. Of course we made them go up the tallest church in the world. Here are some pictures that prove they actually made it 😉

Dieses Wochenende war es soweit, Andreas und Mel haben sich (mehrfach) das »Ja« Wort gegeben. Auf der schönen Abenburg bei Nürnberg fand sowohl die Standesamtliche Trauung sowie die Trauung vor Gott statt. Natürlich war ich bei diesem traumhaften Trauung mit Kamera vor Ort und habe das »ein oder andere Bild« geschossen. Da nun die Neugier auf Bilder größer ist, als die Geduld, welche das »ein oder andere« Bild braucht (bis es auf die Öffentlichkeit losgelassen werden kann), hier anbei ein paar Previews um die Stimmung aller anzuheizen 😉
