Progress monitoring and evaluation are essential in achieving a long term goal, especially when following a plan or schedule. After developing our training schedule for improving our climbing skills, the need to monitor our progress became evident. Hence I spent last weekend to implement a script-based wordpress plugin to evaluate our progress (see below).

Ah, distinctly I remember it was in the bleak November,
And each dying move wrought its ghost upon the rocky increment.
Eagerly I wished the morrow; – vainly I had sought to borrow
From my surgeon surcease of sorrow – sorrow for the lost ligament –
For the rare and radiant band whom the doctors named ligament –
Nameless here for evermore.

And the silken sad unbearing pain of each bloodied hold
Thrilled me – filled me with tearing terrors here to linger;
So that now, to still the beating of my heart, I stood repeating
`’Tis some lesion entreating happening in my finger –
Some frakked up lesion happening in my finger; –
This it is, and nothing more,’
